Terms of Use, Guarantees and Compensation

1. Free tools for personal practice

202ch's darts calculation and practice tools are developed and operated by an individual and made available free of charge to help people enjoy darts through personal practice and recreation. The operator may receive revenue from advertisements and affiliate links.

The tools are intended primarily for personal use in Japan. Multilingual displays help people in Japan who use languages other than Japanese understand the content provided in Japanese and use the tools for personal practice. The selected display language does not change the intended purpose or the terms of use.

2. Intended purpose and use in official matches or tournaments

These tools are provided for personal practice and recreation. The two-player VS mode is also intended to support personal practice.

The tools are not designed to serve as scoring, refereeing, official record-keeping, ranking or prize-money determination systems, or to provide advice or help with throwing decisions during official matches, tournaments or league matches. Accuracy and suitability for these uses are not guaranteed.

If you use the tools in these settings, follow the rules of the organizer or governing body, obtain any necessary permission, and exercise your own judgment and responsibility. Treat calculations and checkout suggestions as reference information and check them separately against official scoring, decisions and records. If you provide results to others, explain that they are reference information from these tools and have them formally verified.

3. Displayed results and records

Calculations, checkout suggestions, statistics and other displayed information are references for personal practice. Accuracy, continued availability, retention of records, fitness for a particular purpose and training outcomes are not guaranteed.

Bugs, network or device conditions, settings, input errors and other factors may cause incorrect displays, interruptions or loss of records. Check the storage information shown in each tool and save any records you need separately. If displays or calculations appear incorrect, stop relying on those results.

Checkout suggestions and their priority reflect the operator’s experience and personal approach. They are examples to try during personal practice, not official positions or recommendations of a governing body or manufacturer, nor the only or optimal approach.

4. Compensation for losses and legal liability

The tools do not provide a voluntary compensation service for losses caused by bugs, incorrect displays, interruptions, loss of records or similar events. Using the tools does not constitute a promise by the operator to provide such compensation.

Where the operator is liable for damages under applicable law, the operator remains responsible for those damages. These terms do not exclude the operator's legal liability or the rights users have under applicable law.

5. External information, advertising and privacy

Links to external sites, product information, prices, news and other information may change after publication. Before making a purchase or deciding to participate in an event, check the latest information from the seller, organizer or original source. External services are subject to their own terms of use.

Advertisements and affiliate links may be displayed. Please also consult the site's privacy policy for information on the handling of personal information and access data.

6. Changes to the tools and terms

The tools may be changed, suspended or discontinued for maintenance, bug fixes, security, or changes to features or operations.

When these terms change, the changes and their effective date will be announced on the site. Revised terms will not be applied retroactively to earlier use. Renewed agreement will be requested where required by applicable law.

7. Governing law and user rights

These terms are governed by and interpreted under Japanese law. This does not limit protections provided to users by applicable mandatory law, including mandatory consumer protection rules applicable to users outside Japan.

The stated focus on Japan, the choice of display language and agreement to these terms do not waive statutory rights or remove the operator's liability under applicable law.
